Palliative care is the active, compassionate care of a person whose illness is no longer responsive to traditional treatment aimed at cure. The goal of palliative care is to promote quality of life through the control of symptoms, whether they be physical, psychological, social, or spiritual.
Please Note: This is a two part program. Registration is for program sessions taking place on both April 28 and 29 and May 5 and 6, 2017.
Registrations will be accepted on a first come basis. In order to register, please complete this online form if you are paying by credit card AND complete this Registration Form which can then be forwarded to the Health Care Apostolate. If you are paying by cheque, simply forward your payment (payable to "Diocese of Calgary") along with the form.
You will not receive a confirmation of your registration. However, feel free to call 403-218-5501 if you would like verification. We will contact you only if we cannot accommodate you in the class.
Your manual and receipt will be available at the first class.
